The Workout:
Warm Up
3 Rounds
10 Push Ups
10 Jump Squats
10 Sit Ups

Workout – 3 Rounds For Time
10 Burpees
10 Sandbag Cleans
10 Front Squat
Ascending Sandbag Sprint (200m, 400m, 600m)
