Tribe Kids: Seek Remembrance

Welcome to September Tribe Kids! This month we “Seek Remembrance,” by remembering the events of September 11, 2001, and honoring those who gave their lives, or helped save others that day. Knowing our history, learning lessons from it, and remembering our heroes helps us understand who we are as a nation. As you are doing the workouts, reading the books, and executing the additional challenges this month, know that you are honoring the memories of many amazing men and women.

Workout A:

Ruck for 10 minutes, up and down stairs.

*A and B can be done on separate days. End the workout when the child is no longer interested. Keep it fun!

Workout B:

September Workout for Kids 8 and Under

“The Climb”

Buy in: :21 seconds per side tree pose

Then…

AMRAP in 3-5 minutes:

3 power rolls

4 jumping jacks

5 stair Climbers

September Workout for Kids 8-12 Years Old

“The Climb”

Buy in: :21 seconds per side tree pose

Then…

AMRAP in 8 minutes:

9 ruck swings

11 jumping jacks

21 stair climbers
