RUCKING: TRU 003 & Earning Your Breakfast on #WorkoutWednesday

Our TRU (Team Ruck Up) this week was simple. 7 mile speed ruck (no more than 15 minute miles) with more weight than you had last time. No one rucks alone and don’t forget to bring a smile.

    Been using Strava, but it does not have a rucking component, so it’s largely inaccurate in terms of energy expenditure etc., as we use the Running feature. Eventually, someone will see the light of day and integrate rucking. 🙂
