What is the app that you are using to track your times?
Great question, I was wondering the same thing.
Been using Strava, but it does not have a rucking component, so it’s largely inaccurate in terms of energy expenditure etc., as we use the Running feature. Eventually, someone will see the light of day and integrate rucking. 🙂
