High Knees
Butt Kicks
Side Shuffle

WORKOUT
15 Min AMRAP
5 Burpee Sandbag Throws
10 Sandbag Back Lunges
15 4 Count Flutter Kicks

CASHOUT
6×200 Sandbag Runs
60 sec break between each
