The Workout:

WARM UP
400m Jog
3x:
10 Air Squats
5 Inch Worms
5 Push Ups

WORKOUT
5 Rounds w/ a Ruck
10 Back Squats
10 Shoulder 2 Overhead
10 Push Ups
10 Overhead Single Arm Squats
10 Ruck V-Ups

Then 1 Mile cool down Ruck
