The term ‘boot hill’ was a common one in the American West, referring to burial grounds of gunfighters who died violently, i.e. with their boots on. Across from the cemetery in downtown Daytona Beach lies the Boot Hill Saloon in all its iconic, biker bar glory. They never run out of ice cold cheap beer, and you have to see it to believe it. Preferably as often as possible.
