Another Wednesday, time for another workout. GRHQ headed to a nearby park and used the fitness stations, but this can be done anywhere. 30 minutes is a long time, so don’t feel like you should come shooting out of the gate. Pace yourself.

The Workout:
Warm Up
Loosen up and stretch
400m Jog

Workout – 30 min AMRAP
(All PT reps can be done with or without a ruck depending on skill level)
200m Ruck
5 Pullups
200m Ruck
10 Pushups
200m Ruck
15 Airsquats
