6 World’s Greatest Stretch
6 Inchworm w/ Squat
6 Samson Lunge
10 Forward/Backward arm circles
WORKOUT
10 Rounds (with your ruck):
10 Overhead Walking Lunges
5 Push Ups
10 Front Mount Squats
5 Ruck V-Ups
-then- 1.5 mile Ruck
